I recall feeling euphoric... “Prior to meeting Rachel I had no experience in yoga whatsoever. I was bit apprehensive of my own abilities and hopefully not going to make a fool of myself. I knew as soon as we started she has an unheard of passion for yoga. Upon completion of my first session I recall feeling euphoric and wanting to continue. Let’s just say I’m hooked now! We now combine exercise and relation in to our sessions. At first I did not believe I could get such a workout from yoga, but wow I feel great.

I have taken several yoga classes in the past but I had no clue that you are supposed to use your hips to bring you into downward dog and not your arms! About six months ago, I began focusing on yoga and tried different types, studios, and instructors to see where I feel most comfortable and I always come back to Rachel. She takes the time to explain the proper way to do a posture and answer any questions that I have. She has a very calming style of teaching, which helps you focus on the different postures and pushing yourself further than you can imagine possible.
