Couples & Partner Yoga
Whether in a workshop setting or semi-private, this is the perfect class for two individuals to learn techniques used to stabilize and support one another while promoting an opportunity for deep stretching and self reflection. Using our partner as a mirror into ourselves, the benefits of Couples & Partner Yoga extend beyond physical depths, penetrating our own thoughts, judgements and insecurities. In these sessions, we are able to explore an array of experiences - from intuitive communication, silent reflection, and abundant joy and laughter.
