- 3 Eggs
- 2 cups sour tapioca starch
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup unsweetened plain almond milk
- 1 cup nutritional yeast (for cheese flavoring)
- 1 pinch salt
Method
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Meanwhile, combine all ingredients in a blender and mix until even and smooth
- Pour mixture in to medium muffin tins and bake for 25 to 30 minutes
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving
